4. How We Contact You — Marketing Communications
We use multiple channels to communicate with you, including for marketing and promotional purposes. This section describes how each channel works and what rights you have.
4.1 Telephone Calls (Including Autodialer)
By providing your phone number and submitting a form on our website, you expressly consent to receive telephone calls from us or our authorized representatives, which may include calls made using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer) or prerecorded voice messages, for marketing and informational purposes. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and all applicable FCC regulations governing telephone contact. You may revoke your consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded calls at any time by contacting us using the information in Section 11, or by stating your request to opt out during any call with us. We will honor revocation requests within 10 business days.
4.2 Text Messages (SMS/MMS)
SMS Consent: By submitting your phone number on any form on our website, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS and MMS) from That 1 Detailer, including messages sent using automated technology, for marketing, promotional, and informational purposes. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 5 messages per week depending on your interactions with us and active promotions.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. You may also text CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE — any of these will be honored. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further promotional texts. Opting out of marketing texts does not affect your ability to receive service-related or transactional messages related to an active booking or service.
Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@that1detailer.com or 1-877-566-1638.
No Third-Party Sharing for Marketing: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and SMS consent information will not be shared with affiliates for marketing purposes. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating our SMS program (such as our SMS platform provider), solely for that purpose and subject to confidentiality obligations.
Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
4.3 Email
We may send you promotional emails about our services, special offers, and updates using the email address you provide. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq. Every marketing email we send will include a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe link. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. We will process opt-out requests within 10 business days.
Opting out of promotional emails does not affect transactional or service-related emails (such as booking confirmations or service reminders).
4.4 Social Media
We may contact you or engage with you through social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, and others. We may use social media advertising platforms to display targeted advertisements to you based on information you have provided to us or based on your activity on those platforms, subject to each platform's own privacy policies and your settings on those platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party social media platforms.
4.5 Other Channels
We reserve the right to contact you through any other communication channel that we deem necessary to deliver our services or fulfill our obligations to you, consistent with applicable law and your consent preferences.
5. Consent Revocation
You have the right to revoke your consent to be contacted at any time, through any reasonable method. Reasonable methods include, but are not limited to:
Replying STOP to any text message
Clicking the unsubscribe link in any email
Calling us at 1-877-566-1638 and requesting to be removed
Emailing us at support@that1detailer.com with a request to stop contact
Verbally requesting during any phone call that we stop contacting you
We will honor all revocation requests within 10 business days of receipt. Following a revocation, we may send one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. Revoking consent for marketing communications does not affect your ability to receive service-related communications tied to an active service engagement.
6. Do Not Call Registry
We maintain an internal Do Not Call list. If you ask us not to contact you, we will add your number to our internal Do Not Call list and honor that request indefinitely. We also comply with the National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission. If you are registered on the National DNC Registry, we will not contact you for telemarketing purposes unless you have provided us with prior express consent or we have an established business relationship with you (defined as a transaction or inquiry within the prior 18 months for transactions, or 3 months for inquiries).

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control.
Specific to SMS: No mobile opt-in information, SMS consent data, or text messaging originator opt-in data will be shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to maintain our business records, and to comply with our legal obligations. SMS opt-in and consent records are retained for a minimum of 4 years to support compliance with applicable statutes of limitations under the TCPA. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (see Section 10).
9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
