INITIAL CURE PERIOD

Immediately following the completion of the MACH-10 installation, your coating will have completed its initial cure. Your vehicle is safe to drive and get wet.

Over the next 3-4 days, the coating undergoes a final curing phase. During this final cure, it is crucial to follow these precautions to ensure the best results:

• Avoid parking under trees when possible, especially those shedding sap, pollen, or debris.

• Remove water spots, bird droppings, sap, or pollen ASAP to prevent them from binding with the coating before it has fully hardened. A wipe down with a damp rag should do the trick.

• Do not wash or abrade the paint—the coating is still settling.

• Be gentle when removing contaminants like water spots, bugs, or tree sap.

Once the final cure is complete (after 3-4 days), normal washing and maintenance can begin.

Best Method: MACH-10 Maintenance Spray

The easiest and most effective way to care for your ceramic coating.
This spray was designed specifically for MACH-10 coatings to:

How to Use:
Spray directly onto the surface (one panel at a time), then wipe gently with a clean microfiber towel. Flip the towel or use a second one to buff dry.

Important: If your vehicle is very dirty, rinse off heavy debris with a hose or pressure washer before using the spray. The spray is meant for light dust, fingerprints, or water spots—not caked-on dirt or mud.

Alternative Washing Methods

For deeper cleaning or after long periods without washing, use one of these options:

Two-Bucket Hand Wash
Use pH-neutral soap. One bucket for soapy water, one for rinsing your mitt.
Wash top-down, saving wheels and lower panels for last. Dry with microfiber towels.

Foam Cannon + Pressure Washer
Pre-soak the vehicle with pH-neutral foam.
Rinse thoroughly, hand wash, and dry. Avoid washing in direct sunlight.

Touch-Free Car Wash
Only use touchless options—never a wash with brushes.
Do not select the spray wax or sealant add-on, as it can interfere with the coating.

IMPORTANT REMINDER

Never wash with just a hose.
Untreated hose water contains minerals that can leave spots instantly—especially in sunlight. Always follow up with a proper wash and full towel dry.

DRYING TECHNIQUES

• Always dry completely—never air dry.

• Use clean microfiber towels.

• Let the towel absorb naturally—don’t scrub or apply pressure.

SPOT REMOVAL

• Never use scrub brushes or acids.

• For sap, bugs, tar, or bird droppings: use MACH-10 Spray, water, or diluted vinegar with a soft microfiber towel.

• Remove immediately—do not wait.

• For stubborn spots, use a clay mitt or clay bar with MACH-10 spray.

• Avoid applying excessive force; minor residue will break down naturally.

Have your vehicle inspected annually by an approved applicator—within 30 days of the service anniversary.

If you skip the annual service, perform the clay treatment yourself using MACH-10 spray and a clay mitt once a year.
